Family Recipe’s mission is to reduce stress related to nutrition and meal preparation by utilizing the whole family!  This means collaborating with adults of the family and utilizing individual strengths to plan, shop, prep and cook healthy meals.  Once the adults feel comfortable, we can incorporate the kids, too! A successful process looks a little different for every family, so together, we will create a routine centered around your family’s specific needs and goals.

*Cost of Ingredients is in addition to the session price listed below and will vary depending on clients’ needs and budget. Clients will be responsible for obtaining groceries prior to the time of the class.

**$50 deposit required at time of booking, with remaining total due 1 week prior to the scheduled class.


As of now, cooking classes/ workshops will be offered in a virtual format via Zoom OR in-person for groups of 2-6. Prices reflect the change in format. Clients provide their own ingredients for virtual options (shopping lists are provided at time of enrollment). Ingredients are provided for in-person options.

Family/ Couples Cooking Class- $200 (2 hours of instruction + customized notebook/ digital download with recipes, prep tips, and ingredient guides) Learn how to utilize meal planning, basic cooking and Family Recipe’s Fail-Proof Formulas to take the stress out of mealtime. This is perfect for families looking to get in a better rhythm with meal planning, learning to accommodate food allergies/ sensitivities, or even just looking to spice up their go-to recipes! *If necessary, the 2 hours of instruction can be split into two 1-hour sessions.


Virtual Kitchen Mentor- (This add-on-only option can be purchased in 1-, 3-, & 6-month packages) Continue to build on skills learned in your Family Cooking Class with a monthly follow-up session. This session will be customized to your needs and may include demos of next-level skills, new recipes to add to your collection, and/ or general Q&A about cooking, ingredients, recommendations, etc.

1 month- $50

3 month- $142.50 (save $7.50)

6 months- $270 (save $30)

Virtual Group Cooking Class- $50/ person (min. 2 people, 2 hours instruction) Just want to learn to cook something fun? I can do that, too! Group classes are perfect for moms’/ ladies’ nights, date nights, and family fun!

In-Person Group Cooking Class- Starting at $75/ person (2-6 people, 3 hours instruction) Prices vary depending on cost of ingredients & travel. In-Person classes include a combination of recipe demonstration and hands-on cooking. Together, we’ll make 3-5 recipes (in addition to any demoed recipes), sampling along the way, and sit down to enjoy the finished product together. This truly is a collaborative experience, perfect for sharing with friends and family!

Pantry/ Fridge Clean-Outs $100 (~2 hours, subject to additional charge depending on size of pantry/ fridge/ freezer) Learn to stock your fridge and pantry with the essentials that will make meals a breeze!
